We know that there is an increased demand for student housing and that the resources available to incoming international students can be almost non-existent and so we are happy to offer low cost student residencies. 

We are happy to be one of the premier locations for Thompson Rivers University (TRU) students. Our amazing views, spacious & loaded rooms, great rates, and close proximity to the campus and shopping make us a leader in off-site student accommodations. 

Did you know that many of our staff members are themselves international students who took up residence with us while studying in university. 

 Located just 750 Meters we are walking distance from the university campus. We are virtually on their door step ensuring that getting to class is never a transportation issue even in the middle of a Canadian Winter! 

Each of our room offer a private outside entrance, and breathtaking Panoramic city views that are unmatched anywhere else.

Each room is close to 300 sq ft & graciously fitted with free WiFi, Flat Screen TV & Cable, AC/Heating, Beds, Desk, Sink, Kitchenette with stove or hotplates, microwave, coffee maker, and fridge and can accommodate up to 4 guests.
